Examples
- A statue was moved to a different place, use
old_start_date=* for the date of its original creation, use start_date=* when it was moved to the new position.
- Historic monument was rebuilt after a war, use
old_start_date=* for the date of its original construction, use start_date=* when it was reconstructed.
